@mcc you mean it is not a good operating system. It was an open secret for a long time. The only good features in Windows are those they stole frol Linux.

Let's boycott America and Israel back to the stone age, where they belong.

Both countries do not belong to civilised world. Both are stolen lands. Both are threats to global peace and stabilty.

By refusing to buy or use their brands and switching to alternatives wherever possible, we can all respond to their belligerence by teaching them a good lesson.

@200ok @stufromoz @franksting I was under no illusions, but at least I consideted them as reasonable. With Chris Minns and now Albo, I see they can be more extreme than Liberals.

Labor is turning into a rightwing white supremacist party.

I know they lost my vote. From now on I vote green.

This is probably more than about oil shock. It could be that the world is moving away from US brands in a show of contempt.

I just published a work that shows CSIRO is crucial not for the advancing of knowledge but also as a knowledge transfer hub for Australian businesses. Its decline is heralding a period of tepid innovation and productivity growth.

Using Tomahawk missiles, The US killed 168 school girls and their 14 teachers likely due to the use of outdated intelligence photos from southern Iran.

In satellite imagery from 2013, the school building was part of an Iranian military base, but this changed in 2016 when a wall was built between the school and the military base.

In recent satellite photos, children can be seen playing in the school courtyard. But apparently, the US never checked these recent photos.

US strike likely hit a school in Iran due to outdated intelligence, sources briefed on initial findings say

The US military accidentally struck an Iranian elementary school, in an attack that state media said killed at least 168 children and 14 teachers, likely due to outdated information about a nearby naval base, according to two sources briefed on the preliminary findings of an ongoing military investigation.

All this fuss about fast-rail between Sydney and Newcastle makes me laugh. China is building hundreds of kilometers of fast rail every year at a fraction of the cost.

And for reference: in China fast train means 250-350km/hr (soon to become 450km/hr). In Australia apparently fast means 150km/hr,

Something to warm hearts on this day of denial and bigotry.
It is long overdue for ICC to issue an arrest warrant for the trio Bush, Blair, and Howard (axis of evil) for their war cirmes. The only hindrance is that their victims are not white an blonde. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/mar/19/violence-us-invasion-iraq-bombs-al-qaida-islamic-state
