Ever since my cat Gunther died last week, Jeremy has become a lap cat. Having avoided cuddling me for the last 6 yrs of his life, he’s very suddenly turned into a semi-permanent cat blanket. I’m certainly not complaining. I’m sure he misses Goontz too. #catsofmastodon #cats #catstodon

I went to the Rainforest biome at the Eden Project in Cornwall which is filled with huge and extraordinary beauty but my favourite thing was actually this teeny tiny mushroom.

The last 2 months have been taken up by my father’s death and the drama around it. 2 international trips, end-of-life admin, trauma. I haven’t really had time to miss him yet. I know it’s coming. I know death, I know #grief. Launched a mini #tarot deck during it all, and kept my day job at the hospice. Life goes on, even when it doesn’t. Anyway I just thought I’d say hi. Especially to anyone else carrying #Loss. I post mostly on threads now but this is a great place too. 💚

While making the larger of these 2 stone compasses yesterday, a very old woman came up to me & said how meditative she found it to watch me, and thanked me for making it. Then, on the internet, an angry self-proclaimed troll told me I was an eco terrorist for doing these. 😎👌🏼 Ok, friend. Enjoy your anger. Anyway, here. Enjoy some of my mindful, harmless, love filled, impermanent ecoterrorism. The tide will have taken them by now.
