Right wing populism exploits lazy thinking.

You think you hate people when you really hate systems.

You think you hate politics and "wokeness" when you really hate elite capture.

You think you hate socialism (workplace democracy), anarchy (freedom), and communism (needs-oriented society), when you really hate capitalism (profit above all else).

At the edge of every correct visceral impression, there are paths that lead to liberation. The job of the demagogue is to lead you away from them.

More Domestic Concentration Camps Approved--Media Complicit

How can the media write this stuff without using the words Gestapo and Concentration Camp? People are abducted by heavily-armed, masked, thugs, without ID. They are denied due process. Overwhelming majority are innocent of any crimes other than a possible immigration violation. Then held in inhumane conditions, starved, humiliated, brutalized, forced to eat like dogs, shackled, on their hands and knees. The media is complicit. They are helping to whitewash and normalize this barbarism.

Veterans and suppporters blockade US Capitol steps demanding troops and ICE off our streets

On the 13th of June, 24 hours before Trump's parade, Veterans and their supporters held a press conference at the US Supreme Court. They demanded that troops be removed from policing protests and ICE be sent home. They demanded that the money being spend on Trump's parade be spent instead on the people. They specifically demanded "Benefits not Bullshit." Note that Trump and DOGE are gutting the Veteran's Administration,

Speakers reminded current active duty servicemembers that their oath was to the Constitution not Trump and that unlawful orders must be defied. The broader message for current servicemembers was "it's time to choose."

The presser served as a diversion. Immediately afterwards protesters marched from SCOTUS onto the Capitol grounds. The "bicycle rack fence" barricade was breached and protesters charged the East steps, successfully occupying the steps.

During or immediately after the charge one person was apparently either thrown down the steps or tackled by cops on the concrete and injured. Once that situation settled down, things stabilized.

This proved to be a classic Capitol Hill civil disobedience. An estimated 60 people were arrested. Trump's threats of "very heavy force" turned out to be a load of hot air at least as far as this day before protest was concerned.

Palestinians refer to the locations where the U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation is distributing aid as "massacre sites” and “death traps" due to near-daily killings. But they are forced to visit because there is no other way to get food.

Hey you: resistance is good, even if just as practice. It is right to rebel. It is right to disobey orders.

Don't get this twisted. The worst possible optics would be: not rebelling against fascist martial law. The worst possible optics would be: passively accepting the USMC being deployed in the streets of LA.

I wish I had half the media savviness and foresight as Greta Thunberg. She knows exactly what she is doing. She predicted what would happen to her and the rest of her team. She knew she was putting her body and life on the line. She was betting on this. She used the attention she got from her climate activism to bring attention to other causes. She was the perfect person for Western media to elevate. She was white, a girl, mostly harmless. Embodied the kind of passive activism that corporate media wanted to celebrate. Giving the opposition a voice without any real ability or threat.

Now she has taken the platform they have given her and made herself a threat. She is supporting causes that directly impact the imperial way of life and she is doing so in ways that are less passive. They only wish they could take away all the media they have already given her and fame they heaped onto her when she was a harmless teenager.

Be prepared for stories to come out to that questions her integrity as a person. They will sling mud, and cause us to question her as a person, her values... they will find ways to alienate her from our hearts because that is the most powerful weapon they have against her.

Don't fall for it.

Words matter. The Israeli military did not “intercept a ship and escort it to safety.” The Israeli military did commit a violent act of piracy against a UK flagged vessel in international waters as it fulfilled a legal right to reach Gaza and alleviate suffering, then abducted its crew and transported them by force to Israel under threat of execution.

Not a single corporate media outlet has had the courage or integrity to correctly label this horrific injustice. Legacy media has failed us all.
