Love the "action button" on the new #iPhone15 Set it to "flash light", as this is one of my most used features. My ringer is on silent 99.9% of the time, so I do not use that feature at all. Thanks for that update 😍

Crazy weekend behind, celebrated the ninth birthday of our younger one 🙂

Today some work with #FHIR and #HL7. That's totally no fun at all, but it has to be done.

Next up: four day break from work and a weekend. 🙂

Change of schedule, had to take my kid to the doctor for a small infection. All will be fine soon. Now, back to working from home. In the evening there may be some #capoeira, but that's not been decided yet.

After some #Kihon training, we worked on #Bassai-Sho and #Gangkaku, which we studied during our weekend seminar. Good training and some workout. More of that #today.
