Work rant of my day:
One of our user interfaces is a custom variant of BASIC. Surprisingly that's not the whole rant (I'm used to it). The rant is that management genuinely thinks it's a good idea to train an ML model to generate this variant of BASIC for customers who are too lazy to learn it 😬
By the way I work in building automation. Look forward to burning skyscrapers in the dystopic AI future.

I updated the kernel on my android phone by about 3 years and 10k commits. Just with git merge and vim and determination. Feels good.
