This is why we don't do funding. @DoESLiverpool needs new heating. The heating in the main room has gone, so while other rooms are fine, this one gets cold in the winter. We've had a couple of quotes and it's going to cost £5k+.

Recently we got persuaded to apply for a fund to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint, through things like upgraded heating systems.

More flat hunting in Leeds today, at this rate I might be able to finally find my way around. I've already found 90 degrees for coffee though so not a totally wasted trip.

Today has been driving son to Leeds (for interview) and driving son back from Leeds. Hopefully train strikes end soon.

Not to alarm you about modern software but "emulate a complete 486/120 system and play an MP3 in it" turns out to be one of the more CPU and memory efficient ways to listen to music on my laptop.
