@alfabravoteam It's an HP. To its credit, it lasted 15 years, and I was able to use 3rd-party toner cartridges with it. Seems unlikely with newer models.

We used to joke that HP stood for "high priced." Back in the '70s, I used to cut through their corporate headquarters in Palo Alto on my bike on my way to work every day.

Repair or replace?
@auschwitzmuseum Thank you for keeping their memories alive.

@memeorandum As my old pappy used to say (possibly still does) "We are *so* fucked."
@ophiocephalic @jalefkowit Fun fact: Altman was but 14 on 20000101. Zuckerberg was 15.
@zackwhittaker Sometimes somebody does something - or makes policy that is - notably stupid or destructive, and if that person has a political role, and is called out for the stupid, that's considered by some - or just pretended to be considered - to be a political statement. But stupid is orthogonal to political affiliation.
@Ulrich_the_elder @andybaio Love that. Used to be that a mark of pride was being an early adopter. That's shifted to the real street cred being among the first to dis-adopt.
