But there's been a lot of billionaire news recently. Now I'm starting to think the premise seems pretty solid.

SheldonI just burned a bunch of hours for a client because they consulted Google Bard for legal advice and got website requirements that were contradictory.
I did my best to carry out the changes, but they didn't make sense. I couldn't get it right. After a few failed attempts, I finally asked what was behind the request.
They told me Bard told them they had to do something. I thought Bard was the name of their legal counsel.
Well, if their lawyers were telling them it must be so, I'd better go along as I'm not a lawyer.
Then I realized... No! Bard is Google Bard!
I started looking up answers myself and quickly came to the conclusion that the stupid AI gave them the wrong "answers" It only took me about 15 minutes total to get a real answer and then confirm it by reading the actual text of the law.

@Andres yeah and almost certainly this has something to do with them shutting off anonymous access to Twitter content.
There must have been an insane nest of logic that the devs had to tiptoe through to make the service workable as a private only service.
I presume that the Twitter client didn't anticipate the possibility that Twitter has zero content for it... or maybe someone decided to push to production, pack up, and walk out the door in a blaze of glory.
