Listen live to Police and Fire radios from across the US. Scroll back in time, with a 30 day archive. It is recorded using a Software Defined Radio, so unlike a scanner, all of the channels are captured and the each transmission is saved invdividually Over 150 city, county and state radio systems!
So @OpenMHz should be back up in a little. I hit the daily download cap I had set on my @backblaze S3 bucket... it was only set to $1. I think there is a lot of traffic for the escapee in PA. Anyhow - it should be back in 10 min or so.
