@enoclue It was in Seattle... it was definitely better than what we have in DC for soup dumplings, but maybe not as good as taipei. of course after 10+ years, I am not sure I would trust my memory
A gazzilion years after @enoclue took us to Din Tai Fung during an IETF meeting in Taiwan I was able to go with the family. Just as delicious as I remembered! 🥟
