Met such a nice person in the park today, retired art teacher, bang into #birding, chatting about the places we'd been to see nature, our relationships with the park, someone they'd inspired to get into biology, their daughter who loves birding too. Lucky to get the chance to slow down and chat and connect with people. #parklife
