Why is the UI and UX for the Home app on Mac still so incredibly execrable after multiple years? It's embarrassing, and a solo developer could blow it away with six months effort. The level of investment in these things makes no sense to me.

@dogzilla absolutely, the reason it occurred to me to try it was I do this routinely with the quest headset so I can play things like Alex in otherwise total darkness

The lack of a ‘tripod’ mount on the bottom of the home pod is a huge fail for some awesome use cases. I’d love to mount a half dozen as pendant speakers in our bar, it could be amazing.

I haven’t had my morning tea yet, so I may not be seeing something, but they already allow alternative browsers in general and will continue to do so, and any code that could run on this context can also on any random webpage… what is the extra security for?
