IMPS

Above 1 lakh to 2 Lakh - Rs.15 + GST

You are involving a 3rd party NPCI in the process. NEFT has faster auto reversals on failed transactions (2 days) as against IMPS (7 days). NEFT is faster among large banks, largely same day, sometimes even same hour, as against instant IMPS.
