SCAM-Unscrupulous millers go in for bogus paddy purchase(on paper without actual stock), on ground get paid for CMR & paddy in name of bogus famers, & in reality cheap PDS rice is bought or cheap rice is bought from other States

So far, out of an allocated amount of 75,000 crore for #PMKISAN for the FY 2019-20, wherein #farmers r to receive Rs 6000/year in 3 installments, an amount of 27937 crore has been spent upto 30-10-2019
