Dit zou voor de EU een zero-tolerance grens moeten zijn. Een EU overheid moet knettergek zijn een extra afhankelijk van de VS te introduceren. De ACM had zich ook als protest kunnen onthouden van goedkeuring als hun bevoegdheden onvoldoende zijn.

@halva @ShadowJonathan One could argue that it is similarly counter-intuitive (or non-obvious if you like) that an organic clump of biological neuron cells, evolved through natural selection to help an organism survive and procreate, should be capable of abstract reasoning.

Apple did the research; LLMs cannot do formal reasoning. Results change by as much as 10% if something as basic as the names change.
