@EricChrSmit De VS heeft met het de sancties tegen EU burgers werkzaam voor het Internationaal Strafhof al laten zien dat ze er niet voor terugschikken om Amerikaanse bedrijven opdracht te geven om ICT diensten op te schorten als ze dat uitkomt. Dit zou voor de EU een zero-tolerance grens moeten zijn. Een EU overheid moet knettergek zijn een extra afhankelijk van de VS te introduceren. De ACM had zich ook als protest kunnen onthouden van goedkeuring als hun bevoegdheden onvoldoende zijn.

@halva @ShadowJonathan One could argue that it is similarly counter-intuitive (or non-obvious if you like) that an organic clump of biological neuron cells, evolved through natural selection to help an organism survive and procreate, should be capable of abstract reasoning.
