Some time ago I started running quizes about our KPIs with the whole team. I don't have anything to back it up other than intuition, but I think everyone being to quote the KPIs within 10% and whether we are on track or not seems like the sign of a healthy company #management
Canva has a culture of kudos, and Pexels, within Canva, a culture of high fives. We cranked this up to the point of it being a constant stream and everyone would still welcome more. Recognition is free and can have a massive impact in morale. Peer recognition is the best though.
