I find things here on Mastodon to be a far more technical audience which is fantastic! Genuine, insightful comments and questions.

Facebook for friends and family.

Instagram for influencers to justify their existence and threads has just replaced the cesspool that is Twitter. Until the bots get on there and ruin it for everyone that is...

Now if only verification was a legitimate check of someone's social standing it credibility in their field instead of pay to play; social media wouldn't be quite so generally toxic.

Drinking and writing some new @Raspberry_Pi content for @ausdroid

I now have a travel router that I can connect to any Wifi, provide wireless to all my devices and protect them all with a VPN connection that's always on via the RaspberryPi.

This has been a fun one to put together!

Alex has avoided it so far, but now has a -- so far, mild -- dose of COVID.

He's a bit stuffed up, cough is juicier than usual and he's not got much energy. Hopefully this is as bad as it gets for him...
