@gossithedog my question is, have they managed to shitcan enough talent that it's all going to collapse? Myspace has stayed more or less in its original form, but twitter started as a *text messaging service*. It's all compromises upon workarounds upon 'temporary' fixes. I can't imagine how much technical debt they've accumulated over 16 years, and how much institutional knowledge about it just walked out the door.
