Getting in the mood for #glt26 with my e-ink in the park. Caveats: The e-ink is running shady software (but at least android, so i can have termux) and the ssh connection to my desktop is a bit choppy.

TLDR: A built-in img/iso mount option for KDE Dolphin would a amazing! There are extensions, but they are not easily found if you don't know what you need and feel sketchy without checking the source.
Story time:
My dad bought an old spectrum analyzer for analog audio work he does. An amazing device running ms dos.
He replaced the floppy drive with one of those compatible USB modules.
Sadly it wasn't totally straight forward for him to mount the resulting .img files in #kde dolphin.
I ended up installing an extension for it after checking it's source and that works. However, it doesn't show in the side panel and has to be found in the directory udisks uses for its mounts.
It would be a very nice feature to have built in dolphin! @kde
I don't think I ever successfully migrated my signal chats to another device via "transfer from another android device".
This time I got so close. At the very end it wants you to type your pin and for some reason fails to verify it I guess (I got the correct pin).
Hopefully it will work through the file backup. #signalapp @signalapp
Edit: Resolved. Network problem.
Lots of people seem to have bugs with their #pixel8 screens. Green lines, flickering... Sadly I am one of them.
I would love to send it in for repair, but i can't access store.google.com/repair and keep getting sent a link by google support that throws 403, no matter if i am logged in or not. Am i the only one that is affected by that?
If not for #grapheneos i would regret buying that phone badly.
