French game dev, trying to make cool games before the end of the world.

My long run project is an Animal Crossing Wild World fan-game, but I also participate in game jams regularly.
Currently doing a anti-AI game on PS Vita, because why not?

The Nintendo DS was the best console ever, dual screen > one screen.

Millions of books were destroyed in the process of scanning them to feed “AI” databases. You have no idea how upset this makes me. It's sad that Godot 3 doesn't have the AudioStreamRandomizer, very useful to create audio variety on SFX, I have to do it by hand 😪

Would be nice if all these scans were then used to preserve the books, digitally, maybe sending everything over to Internet Archive.

@djlink I think this makes Anthropic's actions even worse:

They hired the person who ran that program and then didn't take the nondestructive approach. I guess to avoid licensing the process from Google.
