What do you do when you reach that point in your work life where all your energy gets sucked into doing managerial things, but all you really want to do is to be knee-deep in hands-on-stuff. And while your rather unhappy with the situation, you're trying to tell yourself you at least might be making a difference for the staff you're responsible for, as they're much smarter & better at the hands-on stuff and you help create an atmosphere for them to do just that.

Reviewers will assess ~12 applications (19 Sept–10 Oct), join online panels (13–14 Oct), commit ~2–3 working days, and receive a fee of £340.

We are also looking for early career professionals to join in as observers.

Observers will attend one online panel (13 or 14 Oct), commit ~1 working day, and receive a fee of £85.
