#apple has gotten so bad at UI design. Previously their strength was software, and they struggled with hardware (Touch Bar era MacBooks). Now the hardware is excellent, but their software takes a step back with every iteration. iPadOS is a mess, iOS customization features are half-baked for the first couple of years, and the AI features are mostly useless.

#google search has gotten so frustratingly bad. The first 4 results are all ads, and I have to scroll down to see the actual results.

Just got off my second TWO HOUR long support call with AT&T this month. I have never dealt with worse customer service, visited a worse website, or had so many frustrating miscommunications in my life. Even after that they still weren’t able to change my phone plan, and there’s a good chance I’m going to have to call again tomorrow 🙃
