In related news, SFO contracts with a private firm and isn't impacted by the TSA funding fight. ICE is being sent to 14 airports with the highest TSA call-out rates — neither SFO nor Oakland is on the list. The ICE video you've seen is real and is a deportation arrest, unrelated to the deployment.
How odd that ICE isn't wearing masks to conceal their identity at airports. Nothing says "we're the good guys" like suddenly discovering transparency now.
