The European NetworkArchitect Norman Foster is proposing ambitious plans for the reconstruction of Ukraine's second city, Kharkiv.
The British star architect caused a stir in April when he offered his services for the reconstruction of Kharkiv pro bono, entirely for free.
Kharkiv, known for its Art Nouveau architecture, was taken over by Russian forces in April. Before the invasion, 1,5 million people lived there, 40 km from the Russian border.
