Considering selling Barrage.

(Collection is about 14 full sized games)

pros
- more space
- more money
- BGA adaptation is amazing so I can still enjoy it
- it competes with Brass Birmingham because it's another heavy industrial interactive Euro

cons
- Barrage is an amazing game in its own right
- lose the solo
- one of my friends liked it when we played Barrage with his roommate

Only have 200 Iron Clays now and no other poker chips.

I will (probably) receive Shikoku 1889 from the Kickstarter, is it worthwhile to play with money cards (not paper money), are the chips a *must* must?

Oh, and how could I forget Concordia? Oddy enough I don't feel so bad about this one - but only because I prefer my beloved Hansa Teutonica, and they'd compete somewhat.

Which games did you (have to) sell and want to REacquire someday?

I've been making up for overspending last year on this hobby by selling games this year, so I've let go of a lot of darlings that I'll someday get back.

I've got two:

Inis + Seasons - Such a robust, clever, weird and gorgeous game. I'd perhaps keep this if I could keep only one midweight area control game.

Spirit Island w/ all gameplay expansions - My favorite solo game, but wasn't getting played due to lack of play space.

I have been introduced to shoegaze and I love it.

Did you know that if you capitalize each word in a multi-word hashtag, #ScreenReaders can read them as words, but if you leave them lowercase, they can't? Well, now you know! So, for #accessibility, please capitalize words when there's more than one in a hashtag.

Reorganized my Sidereal Confluence box because I dropped by the dollar store and bought more suitable plastic boxes for the components. No more lid lift! Proud of this setup, although the boxes are quite too deep and without circular sides, so it's a bit of a pain to work with the cubes.

Played Sidereal Confluence at a meetup tonight. Had an absolutely grand time, just like how I did the first time I played, a few months ago.

There really is nothing else out there that's this pure a blend of engine building and negotiation. TauCeti Deichmann is an amazing designer.

I'd listed my (unplayed!) first edition copy for sale, but nobody's bitten yet and I just might keep it for myself when it's this good...

Should I republish my intro if I forgot #/introduction?

Hello.

Just treading the elephantine waters with this post.

I'm a board gamer based in Toronto. I like a gamut of games from small-and-elegant 2P fare (Hive!) to meticulously designed thematic wargames (Pax Pamir!) to the most morosely beige cube pushers (Hansa Teutonica!).
