I am Married with one daughter who is now attending college at VCU in Richmond Virginia. I generally align with democratic values and significantly deviate from my parents in that respect.

@miffyhelen More power to you. There is no reason to attend a holiday party if you're not into that thing. I really don't like them. Lots of awkward conversations with people that I work with that are not really 'friends'.
