Since I'm on a rant today.

Remember who owns most media outlets.

Remember that they want you to feel hopeless amd helpless, like nothing we do matters.

Remember they want division.

Remember they want you to feel like everyone is against you, and there's no point trying.

Remember they are purposely not showing progressive wins, they are not showing protests.

Remember that seeds we sow take time to grow.

Remember it's okay to turn it off sometimes, and just enjoy the people and things you love.

Remember you are not alone.
