All Aboard Washington (AAWA), Washington State’s passenger rail advocacy organization, calls on Amtrak and Sound Transit to immediately implement the Amtrak Cascades daily frequencies between Seattle and Portland, OR that have been delayed since 2017. I don't know if there's a term for it yet, but I propose "login fatigue" for the practice of constantly logging out your users or especially employees after short times of inactivity, thus training them to constantly enter their passwords without much thinking and making them orders of magnitude more likely to fall for phishing sites
