Yesterday afternoon my son and I rode Sound Transit light rail from Northgate to Redmond and back, then continued to Lynnwood. ADA compliant, good ventilation, it was clean and fast, following the major highways so familiar to us as car drivers. We became very dehydrated despite carrying water vecause there are no toilets in the stations. No drinking fountains, no children. No Ballard line.

Anyways, now that I've settled in #Seattle (pun not intended) I must try the #transit. And yeah, I've taken the Crosslake a few times now... It's hard to get a good picture on the bridge itself though, so here's the newer train (which I like more than the older one).

I am going to take my #brompton on the 2 Line to get to a library up in north #Seattle! I would say first time except I took him over to the east side when 2 Line first opened (biking downtown to catch a 550 to South Bellevue station). #transit #SoundTransit
