I hit the limit in 11 minutes casually scrolling. You can't even read your own tweets and their replies without gas-pedaling into your rate limit with it so low.
A single viral or controversial tweet and you're done.

Reddit's CEO is now comparing the people who've done the most to make the site popular to "landed gentry" -- demonstrating that he's both over-the-top arrogant and ignorant.
He's also threatening to change the rules of the site to make it easier to remove moderators. Yes, that'll definitely encourage more people to build communities there.
If anyone should be removed, it's him.
