Quds News NetworkAs of early December 2025, at least 9,300 Palestinians, most of whom are detainees and administrative detainees, are held in Israeli prisons. This total does not include those held in camps run by the Israeli occupation army, according to data from prisoners’ institutions.
There are 1,254 sentenced detainees, including 51 women (two of whom are minors) and 350 children held in Ofer and Megiddo prisons. Administrative detainees number 3,350, while 1,220 are labeled as ‘unlawful combatants,’ excluding detainees from Gaza.
