Went to the Greenwood Car Show with @WoodlandFey today. 20 city blocks of cars! I only took a few photos though. A Fairlady. A '78 Trans Am TA/6.6 very close to my Dad's. A very clean drag car.

Ahahah my employer posted photos of us hoisting and flying the trans flag outside the aquarium and the haters are so angry it’s so funny they’re trying to say fish aren’t gay and people are like uhh some of our fish do actually change genders

You know what a great brunch has? Pancakes and potatoes.

Huh. Microchip started adding a 32 LUT FPGA to some PICs. Mark Omo decided to see how it is configured and found they internally use Yosys. Full RE details: https://mcp-clb.markomo.me/

I was disappointed that Microchip did not document the CLB format so I decided to reverse engineer it myself!

Reverse Engineering the Microchip CLB

'"Time handling is everywhere in software, but many programmers talk about the topic with dread and fear. Some warn about how difficult the topic is to understand, listing bizarre timezone edge cases as evidence of complexity. Others repeat advice like "just use UTC bro" as if it were an unconditional rule - if your program needs precise timekeeping or has user-facing datetime interactions, this advice will almost certainly cause bugs or confusing behavior. Here's a conceptual model for thinking about time in programming that encapsulates the complexity that many programmers cite online."'

Ordered all the cables and adapters to connect SMA GPS receiver to a bias-t to TNC antenna.

Antenna is N, not TNC. 🤦‍♂️

@LaineNooney, "The Apple II Age" (2023): yeah I interviewed them personally. They were a gay couple. "Both had relocated to the Bay Area ... to explore their nascent identity in what was then a vibrant locus for the gay liberation movement in the United States."

Happy Pride! 🌈

@a2_4am @LaineNooney awwww.... I miss Print Shop
@a2_4am @LaineNooney @Cdespinosa My cousin held the contract to clean Broderbund's office, so one year when I visited him in CA he brought me over after hours, and I got to play Lode Runner on their tabletop console. Now I wish I had enough time to get a high score, but I did not! They had a room full of Apple ][s, each with many 5 1/4" floppy drives for copying. So cool!

@a2_4am @LaineNooney

Great piece of software. I used it all the time as a kid.

@a2_4am @LaineNooney they were office mates! 🤩
