@screwtape Good times. Apple used to have a billion different research departments making cool stuff for the sake of the technology. eWorld was another. Then Jobs came back in 1997 and screwed it all down tight. Now we have things like Apple’s MLX … it’s returning to open!
@screwtape Look for Apple’s “Hot Sauce.” https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/HotSauce :)

It looks like OBS is still the way to go for live streaming. I’ve been playing with Davinci Resolve for a few days and quite like it for normal video editing.

Any further advice? Here’s an experimental video I made cataloging a walk from my front door in Dallas, Texas to an Airbnb in Austin. It involved walking, local transit, and Amtrak - zero cars, hired or otherwise. :)

@greeblehaus Still the way to go these days? If I did that, in earnest, I'd have:

1. Tech
2. Programming/VR/The new startup (x)
3. RV/Nomadic life
4. Homestead/DIY
5. Dallas/Civic engagement

I could probably get that down to 3 different channels, across how many networks? Or am I being dense? :-D

@loveisgrief It probably is. But I wonder if it’s more effective? Logically segmentation leads to more engagement and relatability for an audience (if that’s the goal). But there’s something to transparency and complexity.
@mrmetaverse Same. Good luck! :)
@angilly 👀 Wanna change the world? Well, the web at least? 😂
@angilly What sort of hobby? :)
@loveisgrief January is the plan. It's open source. :)
