Earlier this year, I was feeling good about my running fitness, so I decided to set an ambitious (for me) mileage goal for the year. I didn’t account for some health issues causing some setbacks this past summer, but I crawled back from a bit of a deficit the last few months and crossed the finish line on the goal today (a few days early, even!). #running #fitness #health
