Every human error is preventable. With immediate causes sometimes and less immediate ones often. I wonder how far the investigation will go. The military one in particular. Rest assured there is a context. How much did it play. I how much will it be mentioned? It will be politically driven.

Happy with repaired double flow air exchanger. It was a lot of effort. Not many hvac companies familiar with it.
But the air is so good with it.
And energy bills contained vs manual ventilation.
Former manufacturer Venmar had closed. Not bought by Broan it seems.

But now, some Black women are renewing calls to emphasize rest, focus on mental health and become more selective about what fight they lend their organizing power to.
