The harder question is whether everyone has a genuine opportunity to contribute.
Some voices carry more weight because of position, confidence, experience, or habit.
That's not unique to workplaces or politics. It happens in communities, families, and voluntary organisations too.
Quaker practice asks a simple question:
Who has not spoken yet?
