Wow, I am processing some early childhood trauma right now, you all. 💪 Death (sister), illness (mom), fear (courtesy of mom), shame (hello, ADHD). 55 years old and the flood gates are open and all this stuff is coming to the surface, to the light. And here I was two months ago, just thinking I was going to get a simple ADHD Dx. 
I'm so ready to dive in and do some healing, and am really grateful for my excellent therapist. Life is amazing and so surprising.

What the hell kind of algae or moss is this? I have looked all over the web and can’t find anything that resembles it. I thought it might be black beard algae, but it doesn’t seem to quite match — having “fronds” that appear fuzzy — and daily treatments of Excel haven’t seemed to have done anything.
