Last year, we held a webinar on maximizing the value of open access in cultural heritage institutions 🎨🖼️. A common concern for GLAMs (galleries, libraries, archives, and museums) thinking about going open is the potential loss of revenue. Still, open collections often attract more viewers, onsite visitors, and financial supporters.
Pretty impressive that it manages to be wrong in two entirely different ways on the same page (the date was May 28, 2025). Time travelers making it back to this year will be very confused.
