I don't like being Mr. Doom and gloom but this article is a mess. "Post pandemic" is ridiculous. You can pretend there's no pandemic and not wear masks, but people continue to get sick and die. Cancer and auto immune cases are soaring because of Covid. Also, I don't want to commute into NYC not because of homelessnes, but time and then working in an office designed to crush your soul
