61 companies in the UK trialed a 4-day work week for the last 8 months. Results:
- 20% reduction in hours worked, no reduction in staff pay
- Significantly decreased rates of stress and illness among the 2,900 participating employees
- Decrease in anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and burnout
