I haven't been on here for some time but it's been a hectic year. My mom passed in April and then I was dragged to Michigan for the summer and I can't wait to get back to New England. Although my dogs MI vet did catch something with my Shar-pei and it's being treated early but otherwise I miss how close things are, the ocean, lobster rolls, being able to go to the doctor, etc.,
Northern lights from last week

I've been working to pay down and pay off my credit cards and citibank sent me a letter that they're decreasing the limit on a card which, in effect, wiped out what I had paid off so now it looks like it's nearly maxed out

In March 1907. The Diamond Sūtra, a woodblock printed Buddhist scripture dated AD 868, is discovered by Aurel Stein at the Mogao Caves near Dunhuang in China. It is said to be "the earliest complete survival of a dated printed book".

It is also the first known creative work with an explicit public domain dedication, as its colophon at the end states that it was created "for universal free distribution". via @wikipedia
