Cybersecurity - The dark side stole all my cookies…
I’m from Sweden, I work as a product manager, building products for authN, authZ and remote access. I’m passionate about the
#cybersecurity field. Many aspects of it.
I usually toot nonsense about things you probably know more about.
I miss the times when the really cool kids could SSL-enable an Apache httpd.
In my spare time I hang out with the family and play football (soccer). I truly enjoy #skiing as well. And fantasy books… lots… and lots of fantasy books.

I've now published an article:

Eric Gallager has continued his efforts to pass laws protecting libre software users in New Hampshire, USA.

The hearing for a new bill is on 16 February 2023, that would require the state of New Hampshire to accommodate libre software users in public interactions.

It's critical that people show up to defend this bill. More information is in the article.

Please. I’m begging you. Not every tutorial needs to be a video.
Merry Christmas everyone!
At times I get into spy movie mode and look through spy movies/series. I do have a real problem when they contain hackers… Not when a cybercrime has happened or so but you know…
Agent: Can you get into the super secret military network?
Hacker: *chews gum with open mouth* Shouldn’t be a problem. *clacks away at they keyboard*
H: Hmmmm… damn….
A: What?!
H: They’ve upgraded their security system. They’re using an ICMP firewall with TCP encryption.
A: *quick inhale* So it’s impossible?!
H: For anyone but me, yes. *clacks more furiously at keyboard*
A: *looms over the screen*
H: No! They’re using a Linux!
A: Who?
H: Not who! It’s a super secure aopersting system with 128-bits TLS printer drivers! *slams the keys even harder*
A: Oh no, in 30 seconds it will be too late!
H: I’ll have to drop a Trojan in the mainframe! *Goes all ninjutsu on the keyboard*
A: Won’t they intercept that and locate our IP?!
H: Not if I base64 encrypt the virus! *smiles like a mad man and chewing even louder*
*Access Granted* (over the whole screen in green)……..
I hate this, not because it’s totally silly and I get that most people will think base64 encryption is probably the H4xX0r shit! But because, most likely , all the things I think is cool is probably as badly fabricated….
