Smaller stories help teams deliver more efficiently, more reliably, and more happily while simultaneously improving the experience for all stakeholders involved, including the end-user.

Several good reasons to write small user stories:

- They are easier to understand and estimate, which improves the accuracy of planning;
- They can be completed faster, which increases the team flexibility;
-They reduce the risk of dependencies, making development process more predictable;
-It makes it easier to identify and fix defects, which improves the overall quality of the product;
- They can make it easier to test and validate features, which can increase the confidence in the product.

@anneapplebaum we don't know what would have happened of course.

But a lot of the western reactions we saw would have been inevitable, like cutting oil and gas from Russia and army building in Europe. Putin regime would have lost credibility as a commercial partner with the west and it was a failure for him not to understand that.

I don't believe Russia would invade a NATO country however. But believe all other countries in the region would have been considered fair game by Putin.
