I went with vanilla Mastodon for my first try at selfhosting in the fediverse. You are quite welcome to follow me at @micke

Although it might dissapear/reappear should I need/want to reinstall or otherwise break anything. I will definetly be keeping this account as well, as I like the folks here at koyu.space :)

@koyuchan i can build images my self without a problem since i do that every day on my day job, but if performance is bad or there are other issues than that is another thing.

@koyuchan is running in docker a bad or good idea? I am think on masto container, one pgsql container, one redis container, one nginx container and one minio container for s3 storage. All on the same server, and then I can split it off to different servers as needed in the future?
