Trying to start meal prepping again this year as a new years resolution. Last weeks was super basic and I WON'T be doing that again. This week I have Honey Garlic Salmon with Brown Rice and Broccoli. Smelled amazing coming out of the oven.
Went out to the Hong Kong Market with my wife for a few things and stopped and tried something different for lunch. Twa Ko Combo, Khmer style beef sausages with rice and pickled papya.
First time trying L&L Hawaiian BBQ with my wife last night. Got the Chicken Katsu, garlic rice, and macaroni salad, and we shared some Spam Musubi. Pretty good!
Enjoyed the nice snowfall this evening. Wish we got more.
I was watching Season 2 Episode 20 of Tower of God with my wife and I heard a familiar scream at 7:26 from a side character getting knocked off a bridge. Not the Wilhelm scream, but another familar scream. Turns out, it was the Howie scream! Wife got a kick out of the random "Wait a minute! I recognize this random bit!"
Decided to go through some old boxes from a house cleanout I did years ago. Forgot I had these stashed away. Records still look in good condition, sad the previous owner didnt take care of the sleeves.
