Looking forward to getting to know the #Cooking channel here on #Mastodon. Currently searching for healthy, high protein, low calorie options. Here's a start:
Miso Soup (serves 2)
-Umami Broth Dashi powder
-Miso paste (red or white)
-green onion (chopped)
-tofu (small cubes)
Heat 2 cups water to simmer. Add 1 pkg dashi and chopped onions. Simmer. Add paste. Stir. Simmer. Add tofu.
1 Serving 63% Prot:
Cal-64; Prot-10; Sod-120;Fat-2;Carb-2
Serve. For breakfast, lunch or dinner.
