Tipoff from @kw217: Kazakhstan, which has not observed daylight saving for 20 years, is turning the clocks back at 0:00 on 1 March 2024, to 23:00 on leap day February 29 2024.

When do the clocks spring forward or fall back in Kazakhstan? Daylight Saving Time for 2024 and other years.

No matter how far you zoom in it's all sharp corners. Any finite stretch along the x-axis becomes a terrible mouth lined with infinite teeth, every pointed sliver opens up into a thousand little razors.
