"reactions" (when you respond with an emoji to something) can be so great for simple communication but can also finally feel shallow in what they are trying to say. In the workplace, I can now do so in Teams messages, I can react to emails in Outlook and in the work "social media" hub that is hibob. Like I say, it's all well and good in casual comms, but what place does it have in the workplace?
