@PadreSJ I am not sure if people (people including the police) quite get how egregious it is to falsely arrest someone. The punishment should be far higher, especially when provable innocence is so easy (in this case checking a receipt)

I realise the blur is produced digitally, but it reminds me that shift tilt cameras exist, I would love to have a play with one.

You can get some interesting effects, like just having the floor in focus

I don't know if this exists already, but I imagine a headless browser on a server that when it loads content will:

1. always start a new session,
2. fuzz the user agent data (load with different sizes, fake the browser, etc),
3. grab the content minus the ads and fluff, and send it along to the client.

This could be quite private (no fingerprinting, though IP address would be a potential tracking vector).
