there was like a week where i felt that Tachyo wasn’t a good fit for a font so i started experimenting with more traditional segmented-style fonts
What a waste of time, Tachyo was absolutely the correct font
The very very hardest part of this is making a good design that doesn’t look like a shitty VST
and then, something a bit more skeuomorphic - an alternative theme with a tilted LCD display. resembling more a tape player than a PCM recorder
thinking about a “plain” theme. just pure old leopard / tiger styling, with stuff like NSLevelIndicator, and maybe some brushed metal. Perhaps also using AquaUI? Something that just “werkz” https://im-in.space/@marceloexc/114717093131845262
